Bhuna Curry – vegan style. 

Now my mum is a curry fan and so I have been raised on curry, however my youth a curry always had meat in it, being a vegetarian these days meant this would have to change.

The key is mushrooms, tofu and potatoes, it’s not really the meat we need or crave a lot of the time it’s the texture. My main reason for sharing this vegan Bhuna curry served with vegetable samosas is to bring the simple message that TEXTURE can be what makes or breaks a great Vegan Curry and vegan dish for that matter.
