My lovely friends at the Institute for integrative nutrition have put together this little number and i wanted to share it with you all. Sometimes trying new dishes and simply preparing food these days can feel challenging on so many levels such as time, ability to get the ingredients, cost and have i got the equipment necessary to make the dish?
Remember you can also add in other ingredients and take out the ones you do not like, be creative have as much fun with the process as you can, happy food always tastes amazing.
So get your notebook out and jot down what your going to need, then go get what you need, come back and prepare what you have just gone and got, then sit down and bon appetite.
On a final note its the journey that brings us happiness.
